The location was terrific - close to a mall and major restaurants, quick Uber to really anywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable, beds and pillows exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than continental which surprised me.

Breakfast was ok. The last day I was there I noticed a lot of pets on the 6 th floor and a bad smell. Only the one day

It was close to everything. We liked that there was breakfast, coffee, & a bar inside. The parking garage was nice and we liked that you needed the card to enter everywhere. Made you feel very safe

The room and entire facility was super clean. Grandpa and the grandkids loved the indoor pool and they even had a Pelaton machine in the fitness room! The breakfast food was some of the best we have had in our travels and the breakfast hosts were fantastic!!!

The location is great and quite. I wish they should have the small stove or cooking top. Beside that everything is perfect

Extremely beautiful balcony view, which is a rare find in the downtown of Houston at this price. Cleanliness and interior design are the cherries on the top.

EVERYTHING!!!!! Was great from the coming in the doors to leaving out, parking was good travel to surrounding areas was great walking distance to stores

Balcony was great . I love the location . The price was just expensive than other hotels with balconies and full kitchen like the double tree .

Vernon, front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. He was kind, informative, and helpful. I watched him as went above to make guests comfortable.
